No Club In The World Suffers More Pressure Than Real Madrid - President Florentino Perez

 Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has stated his belief that no club in the world is under more pressure to succeed, but that they are slowly building a team capable of meeting their objectives.

The supremo addressed an audience today at a Christmas lunch at the Santiago Bernabeu, during which he spoke of the present and future of the team.

He remarked: “We are the club with the most pressure in the world. It is a fact that we have inherited. Everything that happens around us has a huge impact.

“We have laid the groundwork to fulfil the dreams of Real Madrid. We have improved everything. We have a young team, and have the best coach in the world.

“Madrid faces a great challenge to continue to get back, because we know that we are not perfect.”

Perez returned for his second spell as president of the club in the summer of 2009.
